Weaknesses

> Defensive side of his game – accountability and general defensive pressure/ethic need are current weak points

Other

> Ran for GC17 in the 2009 AFL GF sprint

> 2008 VM U16 vice captain

Stats

2008, 2009 TAC Cup Stats

Overall

McKenzie is a fluid, explosive mover with a penetrating and lethal left foot that should develop into a very classy rebounding defender or wingman at the next level – however his accountability and defensive ethic will need to be improved so he doesn’t leak too much the other way. He would’ve been worth a late first round to early 2nd round pick in this year’s draft.
