> Genuinely dual sided kick with very good efficiency over short distances
> Very quick off the mark (sub 2.9s 20m) - can carry the ball, break lines and provide effective defensive pressure
> Very clean loose pick-ups at genuine pace (but can be prone to fumbles under greater pressure)
> Excellent work rate both ways and good attack on both the footy and the man
> Generally effective and prolific (high tackle counts) tackler
> Acquitted himself very well at WAFL level and particularly stood up in the finals series in important plays and stages of the game
Weaknesses
> Below average ball use by hand – vision is decent, but lacks power and precision at hitting targets
> Lacks strength and muscle (no issues with balance)
> Lacks aerial ability and presence
> Lacks the engine to impact for prolonged periods – primarily a burst player

Overall
A decent, pacy midfield utility prospect that plays the game in an old fashioned manner. Lacks enough standout qualities to be considered more than an outside chance for the national draft (should definitely be rookied at least). At best, he should be a solid best XXII player at worst just another good state league player that can’t make the step up.
